We have Sunday baseball at Wrigley Field today as the Chicago Cubs and Miami Marlins conclude their three game series. The Cubs have taken both of the first two games and are looking to complete the sweep in front of their loyal home fans. Before this, Chicago had lost three of four to the Washington Nationals so this was a nice bounce back series for them. As for the Marlins, they will be looking to avoid being swept and will need all the help they can get. They were swept in their last series by the Atlanta Braves so they will hope to not be swept in two straight series.

What to Watch:

Entering the new season, many expected Sandy Alcantara to pick up where he left off last season. He hasn’t lived up to the expectations but he still does have some nasty stuff on the mound. The team needs him to regain his CY Young winning form if they want any shot at being competitive this season. If he can have a good outing, it could spell a win for the Marlins here.

As for the Cubs, they are looking to sweep the Marlins in this game. They will need to come out with high energy and feed off their rowdy crowd if they want to take it.
