We have a major game tonight as the scene shifts over to sunny Florida for game three of the playoff series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Florida Panthers. Puck-drop is all set for 6:30 p.m. EST from the FLA Live Arena in Sunshine, Florida.

Toronto comes into this game after dropping the first two in the series at home. After winning their first playoff series in forever, it has been a major letdown for the Maple Leafs. Their offense has been limited and their defense has given up untimely goals. It’s a must win tonight for them because if they go down 3-0 in the series, it will be extremely difficult to come back and history wouldn’t be  on their side either. They need to generate strong scoring chances and disrupt passing lanes against Florida if they want any hope of getting back in this series.

The Panthers come into this game feeling incredible. They took both games on road ice and now have two straight to put a strangle hold on the series. It has come as a shock to some but this is also the team that did take down the historic Boston Bruins in seven games. They are as hot as any right now and will be looking to continue that here tonight. If they can keep their defensive attack up, it could be an easy series for them.

It has been a very good start to the series for Florida but that stops here. Toronto grabs the win and gets back into this series.
