The Arizona Coyotes and Seattle Kraken are all set for a Western Conference showdown tonight from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. The two teams are scheduled for the puck-drop at 10:00 p.m. EST.

Arizona comes in reeling right now. They have dropped seven straight games and just trying to find some sense of relevancy as the season end approaches. They have gone 3-5-2 over their last 10 games and it has been rough sledding for this team. Inconsistent play has plagued them all season long and another long offseason looms for this franchise. However, they do still have a chance to play spoiler against their final opponents and maybe bring some momentum to the team before the season ends.

As for Seattle, they are holding onto a wild card spot out in the Western Conference playoffs. They are likely to get in barring some catastrophic but they are limping in. Seattle has gone 4-4-2 over their last 10 games and they need to pick things up if they want to make any noise come playoff time. They have been one of the better stories of the year but they have started to fade a little bit as the season has gone on.

Prediction: Arizona Coyotes 5, Seattle Kraken 4 (OT)

I like the Coyotes to steal this game tonight in overtime. I know they have lost seven in a row but they are due for a win. Seattle hasn’t exactly been playing well lately either so Arizona steals the win.
