The Minnesota Wild head to the Wells Fargo Center for a matchup with the Philadelphia Flyers tonight. Puck-drop between the two sides is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. EST.

Minnesota comes in riding a two game winning streak and will be looking to keep ground in the Central Division race. They are currently tied for the division lead and are eyeing every game to help give them a boost. Minnesota is 7-1-2 over their last 10 games overall so they have caught some fire at the right time and look to be a force come playoff time. This was a team that many believed would be a major threat out West and they are finally rounding into form as the season closes out.

The Flyers enter this game having gone 3-5-1 over their last 10 games. It has been a rough go for the Flyers this season but they are in position to play the role of spoiler as the season winds down. They hold a record of 26-32-12 on the year and a main reason has been their lack of any sort of offensive attack consistently. It has really let them down and once they go down in a game, it’s almost all but over. They will have their hands full tonight as they face a tough Wild team that has been clicking on all cylinders recently.

Prediction: Minnesota Wild 4, Philadelphia Flyers 2

I like the Wild in this one tonight. They continue their winning streak by grabbing another road win here.
