Tampa Bay Lightning vs Boston Bruins Game Preview 11/29/2022

By

The defending Eastern Conference champion, Tampa Bay Lightning head to Boston for a showdown with the Bruins. Puck-drop will take place at 7pm EST from the TD Garden in Boston.

Tampa Bay enters this game with a record of 13-7-1 on the season and sit a few games behind the Bruins in the Atlantic Division. Boston enters with a record of 18-3 and have won eight of their last ten games overall. The Bruins got out to a hot start on the year and haven’t let up at all.

Tampa Bay is averaging 3.5 goals per game while giving up 3.1 on average to opponents. The Bruins are scoring four goals per game and are allowing 2.2 goals per game. This has all the makings for a great matchup between two of the better teams in the Eastern Conference.

There is some real star power that will be on display here tonight as well. Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos for the Lightning and David Pastrnak for the Bruins. Goals a plenty may be scored tonight with each of these players having the ability to take over games.

Prediction: Boston Bruins 4, Tampa Bay Lightning 3 (OT)

I think we get a classic game between these two teams. I see this heading to overtime because of how close the two teams are. I like the Bruins to win the game but it will be a battle.
