The Top Three Fantasy Football Landing Spots for Kareem Hunt

As the NFL trade deadline approaches, fantasy football managers are scrambling to make last minute trades to strengthen their rosters. One player that has been the subject of trade talks is Cleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt. Based on his performance and the potential for a change in scenery, here are the top three destination teams for Hunt in fantasy football.

1) Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills are the best landing spot when it comes to fantasy football, as they currently ranked number one in yards per game. Adding Hunt to their backfield would give them a much-needed boost and provide QB Josh Allen with another versatile option in the passing game.

Kareem Hunt would be the automatic starter for the Bills, as current running back Devin Singletary has not performed well in a lead role. Hunt’s proven track record and experience make him a valuable asset for the Bills and fantasy managers.

The Bills were previously in the race for Christian McCaffrey before he was traded to the San Francisco 49ers, showing they are willing to make moves for talent at the running back position. This makes this one of the more realistic trades that could involve Hunt.

2) Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams were also in the race for McCaffrey, showing they are looking to improve their running game. They currently have a disgruntled Cam Akers and Darell Henderson sharing duties in the backfield, but adding Kareem Hunt would give them a true number one back.

I ranked them as the second best because the Rams’ offensive line is not as strong as the Bills’, which means Hunt may have less room to run. However, with weapons like Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods in the passing game, Hunt would still have plenty of opportunities for catches out of the backfield.

3) Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have a crowded backfield with Miles Sanders, Boston Scott, and Kenneth Gainwell sharing carries. Adding Hunt to this mix would give them another dynamic option, as well as insurance in case of injuries.

Philadelphia’s offensive line is also one of the strongest in the league, making this a favorable destination for Hunt in terms of running success. In addition, the Eagles have already shown they are not afraid to make big moves, trading for Tennessee Titans receiver AJ Brown in the offseason.

This would be the worst landing spot for Hunt in terms of being the number one back because of the high chance the eagles back field becomes a committee. However, with the Eagles having a solid offensive line and weapons in the passing game, Hunt would still have plenty of opportunities for fantasy points.

Overall, any trade involving Kareem Hunt would be a boost for his fantasy value. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on the NFL trade deadline and should consider making a move to acquire Hunt, especially if he ends up on one of these top three destinations.
