Indiana Pacers vs. Phoenix Suns Preview

The Phoenix Suns will face off at home against the Indiana Pacers Saturday night. Phoenix brings in the best record in the NBA into the matchup, including a 17-5 record at home. The Pacers have not been too great away, having the exact opposite record at 5-17 on the road and 17-29 overall.

The Suns look to continue their dominance on the Western Conference, as the team is riding a five-game winning streak going into the matchup. The two team’s matchup for the second time this season, as the Suns defeated Indiana the first time around, 112-94, as Devin Booker went off for 35.

How Phoenix Can Win:

All the Suns need to do is play like they did the first time around against Indiana. DeAndre Ayton dominated the paint throughout the game to pair with Booker’s bounce-back performance. The Suns easily oversize and overpower the Pacers’ defense.

How Indiana Can Win:

Indiana has to get rolling from three. With Ayton ruling the paint and the Pacers having an undersized roster compared to Phoenix, the Pacers have to rely on Sabonis and Brogdon to make the shots necessary to stay in the game with Phoenix.

Odds Via FanDuel:

Phoenix Suns -12 (-820)

Indiana Pacers +12 (+570)
