Now, we can start analyzing guys for OKC to use with their 55th overall pick. Charles Bassey is an intriguing big man prospect from Western Kentucky who was once a top recruit. Bassey is super well-rounded. He’s a terrific rim protector and shot-blocker, he’s a fantastic rim-runner, he’s a great athlete, and he has untapped shooting upside. Star bigs are not going to be found this late in the draft. But, OKC lacks size after trading away both Al Horford and Moses Brown. Bassey brings size and rim protection to a team in dire need of both.
