New England Patriots (-2) at Houston Texans
The Houston Texans are the worst team against the run in the NFL this season, as they allow 167.4 rushing yards per game. New England has committed to the run, so their game plan is to run through the Texans. Damien Harris has rushed for 100+ yards three times this season, and I also expect Rex Burkhead to be heavily involved. Stephon Gilmore is back for the Pats and he will play a significant role in limiting the Texans passing game.
Miami Dolphins (-3.5) at Denver Broncos
Miami’s defense has shined under Brian Flores. The Dolphins are currently tied for 4th in turnover differential with a +5 and they are facing an injured Drew Lock who has thrown 10 interceptions this year. Denver and Lock are going to be swarmed by Miami’s defense which will set up an easy game for Tua Tagovailoa.
Kansas City Chiefs at Las Vegas Raiders: OVER/56.5
The Chiefs are tied for the league lead with 31.8 points per game and the Raiders are slightly behind them with 28.3 points per game. These two teams combined for 72 points earlier in the season, and I expect at least 60 points to be scored tonight. Las Vegas is missing a lot of starters on defense which will help the Chiefs score even more points.
