Potential Trade Targets for the Las Vegas Raiders

With the trade deadline coming up, the Raiders are in a prime position to make adjustments to the roster to further their playoff push for the 2020 NFL Season. Here are some pickups that the Raiders need to entertain.

  • Jets Defensive End Quinnen Williams

The Raiders pass rush has been almost non existent for the earlier part of the season but definitely has picked up over the last two games. The New York Jets are clearly trying to tank and have been shopping around pretty much everyone besides rookie standout offensive lineman Mekhi Becton. This trade makes a ton of sense for the Raiders to boost their previously dominant pass rush. It also helps the fact that Williams is young and still can develop into a fantastic Defensive End.

  • Bengals Defensive End Carlos Dunlap

Now the only downside to Dunlap is that he is much older and won’t be around as long but his veteran leadership would help their young guys in Clelin Ferrell and Maxx Crosby. Other than his age this could be a huge boost for the Raiders.

  • Bengals Wide Receiver John Ross III

It is obvious that Head Coach Jon Gruden is going for speed as the main factor in his offense and the speedster from Cincinnati would solidify that case. Ross has stated before that he wants out of Cincinnati due to his lack of playing time. With the Raiders having Henry Ruggs III and Rico Gafford, John Ross would be a huge addition to an already speedy Receiver room.

  • Falcons Wide Receiver Juilo Jones

With Atlanta seemingly starting to tank and rebuild they will sure be interested in sending the star wide out. The Raiders would be a place where Jones could thrive with the young receiving core, teaching them the ways of becoming the best.

With the trade deadline coming up and coming fast, expect at least one of these trades to happen for a future playoff push for the Las Vegas Raiders.
